-Packing & processing will take longer during sale periods
-Please allow us 5-10 working days to process and book your order for dispatch
-We work on a 'first in, first out' basis therefore we will not give special treatment to customers wanting their orders sped up, we have to be fair to ALL customers
-If you have any issues with your order, please notify us within 24hrs of receipt. We will endeavour to ensure that you receive the correct order and product but please remember that we are human, we make errors too
-If you have emailed us querying an order or error please allow us up to 48hrs to respond to you
-Please ensure that you choose the correct shipping option at checkout. Failure to do so will result in a delay in your order while we contact you to pay the difference

❗Some of the stock is labelled as TESTER stock but please note that these are full sized, unused and unopened products that may just have slight packaging imperfections. We will stipulate in the description of the product on our website which products are testers.
