Refund policy

Items correctly supplied and confirmed as per order cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons. 

Any items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.

We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously. Should you have any queries please contact us preferably by email and we will endeavor to resolve speedily.

Please ensure that in the event that your parcel arrives in less than fair & reasonable condition that you take pictures of the parcel and its contents. 

Orders that have already been processed onto our system and sent down to our warehouse for packing are not eligible for a refund. 

OUT OF STOCK

While we endeavour to ensure that all items available on the Revolution Beauty website are in stock at the time of ordering, the possibility exists that a product ordered and paid for does not ship. In this event, Revolution Beauty will refund the amount paid. As the refund is processed through a third party, a refund can take up to 10 days to be returned to your account. we apologise in advance if this occurs and ensure that we will endeavour wherever possible to limit this occurrence.

Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
